With the use of the energy of the laser beam reflection registered during the measurement with the laser scanning method, raster images, i.e. intensity images, can be created. Despite their considerable usefulness at the production stage, these images also present very useful information on the area subjected to measurement and become a standard product made with the use of LiDAR data.
