The Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture chose the best offers for eight successive parts of the tender for the local on-site control with the PHOTO method.

14.11.2011

Just like in the case of the six offers announced before (i.e. for parts II, V, VII, XII, XIV and XXI), the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture considered all the cheapest proposals to be important. In case there are no protests, the local on-site control will be executed by:

  • Geomatic Wrocław – part I (PLN 988,905 including VAT),
  • OPGK Lublin – part IV (PLN 1,214,880),
  • Ibra Lublin, MTS Studio Lublin – part VI (PLN 335,774),
  • Gefos Polska Kraków – part VIII (PLN 1,141,880 ),
  • Tukaj Mapping CE Kraków (PLN 1,134,341),
  • MGGP Aero Tarnów – part X (PLN 1,466,332 ),
  • MGGP Aero Tarnów – part XI (PLN 1,457,642 ),
  • Intertim Suwałki, Intertim Ludmiła Pietrzak Warszawa – part XIII (PLN 1,251,484).

All parts concern the control with the PHOTO method only. Yet, according to TVP, many farmers from the Kuyavia and Pomerania region are strongly dissatisfied with the results of the last measurement campaign carried out with this method. The problem lies in considerable discrepancies between the space of fields calculated within the PHOTO on-site control method and the information included in the application for subsidies by owners of fields. According to farmers, this was caused by the considerable land folding and numerous forests and groves that covered parts of fields on the orthophotomap. Their suspicions were justified by the fact that previous controls did not exhibit any discrepancies.

“I have three plots with the total space of 48 hectares. In the case of two plots, new orthophotomaps had the discrepancies of ten ares. According to the photos, the third plot is 56 are smaller in comparison with the previous measurements. I am amazed by this discrepancy! What can I do now if the previous measurements have not exhibited any error?!,” one of the farmers asks a rhetorical question.

According to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, 90% of subsidies have been paid out in the regions of Pomerania and Kuyavia and the rest should be transferred until the end of June.
